HAWAII STATE BAR SPONSORED FOR OVER 36 YEARS!
The LAWYER REFERRAL & INFORMATION SERVICE (LRIS) is a public service provided by the Hawaii State Bar Association, a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. The referral service is the only bar-sponsored attorney referral in the State of Hawaii and has over 36 years experience. Our panel member attorneys are able to assist clients with all types of legal problems: bankruptcy, child custody & support, divorce, foreclosures, employment & labor, criminal, traffic, wills, social security, discrimination, and patent to name a few. The referrals are free and clients are encouraged to contact the attorneys referred to find out whether they are able to assist with the legal issue, and the terms and costs for doing so.
PLEASE NOTE LIMITATIONS & SCOPE OF PROGRAM
The service does not list all Hawaii licensed attorneys, only those members who sign up for the service. Our panel members are in private practice and will charge for services. The attorneys determine the types of cases they will handle and the terms. Clients are encouraged to contact their offices for further assistance. Thank you.
